After more than 30 years of development, China's pneumatic technology has formed a basic complete, with a relatively large scale and a certain level of technical industry system. The next five to ten years will be a critical period for the development of China's pneumatic technology, and several large leading enterprises will be formed. Understanding the gap and looking into the future is of great significance to the future development.
In recent years, China's pneumatic products due to low prices, rapid export growth, in some developing countries have a certain degree of international competitiveness, but compared with the products of major international companies, the technical level and product quality is roughly equivalent to the level of foreign 10 years ago. The general technical performance of the product is acceptable, but the key technical performance such as reliability, response characteristics, precision and sensitivity still has a big gap with foreign countries.
At present, several large-scale enterprises have taken shape and their competitiveness has been improved. Products from low-end manufacturing gradually to high-end equipment is penetration; Enterprises began to realize the importance of high-end talents and r&d innovation; Sales models are just beginning to shift from traditional stores to offices, and so on. Our country enterprise development already entered fast lane. However, compared with Japan, Germany and other industrial developed countries, China's pneumatic industry still has a large gap, which is mainly reflected in the following points:
1) unreasonable industrial chain structure: a large number of enterprises produce similar products, the upstream and downstream and supporting relationships are not close, access barriers are low, excessive redundant construction, low price competition.
2) unreasonable industrial structure, product structure height of the same: Chinese domestic pneumatic manufacturers in the production of pneumatic products, height of the same, are based on air source treatment, cylinder, solenoid valve, trachea, joint, and the specification and model name is also very close. In the market in the middle and low end products, the same industry low price, vicious homogenization competition is very fierce, and high-end pneumatic components manufacturing serious lack.
3) product quality needs to be improved: the quality of Chinese pneumatic products is seriously hindered by some basic parts, such as supporting cylinder profiles for pneumatic products, end cover die-casting parts, seals, springs, deburring, surface treatment technology and a series of accessories quality has not been solved.
4) the accuracy, efficiency and degree of automation of the machine tool adopted are relatively low, and the methods of assembly, process detection and ex-factory inspection are relatively backward.
5) the site management level is relatively low, the processing technology research and continuous improvement ability is weak, the standard formulation lacks experiments, and the implementation of enterprise standards is not standard enough.
6) less investment in research and development. The average r&d staff of the enterprise is less than 10, and the knowledge level is limited. The product development of the enterprise is basically centered on the current market, mainly duplicating foreign products.
