1. Normal pressure filling
It refers to a filling method that directly flows into the packaging container by the self-weight of the liquid to be poured under atmospheric pressure. Inlet and exhaust, that is, the liquid material enters the container, and the air in the container is discharged; when the liquid is stopped, that is, when the liquid material in the container reaches the quantitative requirement, the liquid inlet is automatically stopped; the remaining liquid is removed, that is, the exhaust pipe is removed. 2. Isobaric filling
It is a filling method in which the compressed air of the upper air chamber of the liquid storage tank is used to inflate the packaging container so that the pressures of the two are nearly equal, and then the liquid material flows into the packaging container by its own weight. The process of isostatic filling is: inflating the pressure, injecting the gas, stopping the liquid, releasing the pressure, that is, releasing the residual compressed gas in the bottle neck to the atmosphere, so as to avoid a sudden drop in the bottle and cause a large amount of bubbling, affecting Packaging quality and quantitative accuracy.

3. Vacuum filling method
It is a method of filling below atmospheric pressure. There are two basic ways: one is pressure vacuum type, that is, the inside of the liquid storage tank is in a normal pressure state, only the air is evacuated in the packaging container to form a certain degree of vacuum, and the liquid depends on the pressure difference between the two containers, and flows in. The packaging container is filled and filled; the other is gravity vacuum type, that is, the liquid storage tank and the packaging container are in a nearly equal vacuum state, and the liquid material flows into the container by its own weight. At present, pressure vacuum is often used in China. Its equipment is simple and reliable.

4. Siphon filling
Siphon filling uses the siphon principle to allow liquid material to be drawn into the container from the reservoir through the siphon until the liquid level is equal. This method is suitable for filling liquid materials with low viscosity and no gas. The structure of the equipment is simple, but the filling speed is low.

5. Pressure method filling
Pressure filling is to control the reciprocating motion of the piston by means of mechanical or pneumatic hydraulic devices. The liquid material with higher viscosity is sucked into the piston cylinder from the storage cylinder and then forced into the container to be filled. This method is sometimes For the filling of beverages containing gas, since the foam is not contained therein, the formed foam is easy to disappear, so it can be directly poured into the bottle which has not been pre-inflated by the gas pressure which it has, thereby greatly improving the irrigation. Loading speed.
